3. Do you supply firewood?
Yes, we put a small supply of firewood in each cabin to get you started and you can collect more during your stay from the wood shed which is located behind the larger cabins. You will need to collect your own kindling from around the cabins.
4. How to light a fire?
The trick to lighting a fire is to go slow and steady. Start with kindling layered like a teepee with two small pieces of fire starters and allow it to burn and then slowly build up with a smaller log, and so on. Please do not extinguish the fire at night as it is okay to leave it on.
5. How do I get out of the gate?
You will find a gate remote inside your cabin with the compendium. Please read your arrival information so you are familiar with where to leave the gate remote upon departure.
6. How do I access the property?
You will be given directions in your arrival info. Please do not try to enter the key code for your cabin into the gate keypad as this is incorrect. You need to press # and clearly state your booking name.
7. Where is animal feeding?
9am at Cluckingham Palace
8. Do you have WIFI?
No, we have no internet service but you may be able to connect to your hotspot depending on your phone carrier.
9. How do you light the oven?
As it is a gas oven you will need to push the button in to ignite it as you turn the heat on.
10. Why does the heating/aircon not work?
As our property runs on solar, the aircon/heating only works whilst the sun is shining and switches off when the sun goes down.
We suggest that you put your heating/aircon on through the day with your doors, windows closed up retain heat/cool. When sunsets you can then light your inside fire or put your fans on
11. Can I bring my dog?
Yes, your dog is welcome in the cabins however please keep them off furniture and provide them with their own bedding, bowls and blankets/towels. Please fill out and email a dog waiver - this can be found under ‘Accommodation’. Additional cleaning charges may apply if they are on beds.
12. Where is the key for the cabin?
The key can be found in the lock box next to entry door to your cabin. We ask that you please keep the key in the key box at all times even when you depart the property during the day to avoid loosing it. You will be texted a code to the key box on the day of your arrival.
13. Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Please email info@edenequine.com.au to organise one.
